What's the minimum to order?
Minimum order is $100.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and Afterpay.
If I place an order, when will I be charged?
Orders placed here on our website are charged as soon as you complete checkout.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Because our items are in-stock, most orders will ship within 1 business day!
After it has left our warehouse, it's up to USPS to get it to you on time.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US Holidays.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it has shipped?
If you notice an error with your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately!
We can’t make any promises but if your order hasn't been processed, we’ll be happy to help you make the change or cancel the order. If the order has already been packaged, unfortunately there will be nothing we can do to stop it once it leaves our warehouse.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email that includes your shipping info and tracking number.
What if I need my order shipped overnight?
If you need your order shipped overnight, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can catch it before it ships under normal rates.
Because charges vary widely based on destination and weight, we will have to invoice you separately for the difference in shipping after we have a quote from UPS for your specific order.

How do I use a coupon code?
Once you are at the checkout screen, you will see a box for your code on the right hand side.Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are having trouble with your code.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do our best to provide accurate photos as well as measurements on our items, but if something is truly misrepresented please let us know.
What if my items are damaged?
We take pride in the quality of our products, but accidents happen!
Damages must reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number, the items SKU, and a photo of the damage so we can assess your situation.
For most damages, we will credit you for the damaged pieces either through a direct refund on your card or a store credit code.
